Update on the AEA Foundation

An update on the AEA Foundation for Teaching and Learning
Published: December 13, 2023

On Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the 2023 Delegate Assembly, it was announced that the AEA Foundation for Teaching & Learning had begun the process of dissolving.

The Foundation will no longer be providing the following scholarships and grants: Emergency Crisis Grant, Mary Kay Haviland Angel Fund Grant, National Board Certification Scholarship, Professional Development Grant, and the Allen Sayler Fine Arts Grant.

During this transition period, some of the Foundation's annual awards will be transferred to the AEA Member Awards and Benefits Committee. More information about this will be shared as it is available.
