Education Day at the Capitol

AEA organizes lobbying days at the Arizona Capitol every year to help educators tell their stories to their elected officials.

Visiting the Capitol is your opportunity to observe the process, meet with your legislators, and share your stories of working in public schools and how their decisions will affect our students, colleagues, schools, and educators. Elected officials determine our salaries, set student testing requirements, and appropriate funds.

AEA plans annual lobby days during spring break.
