Western Region Organizational Consultant
This opening is for one (1) vacant position located in the AEA Western Regional Office in Yuma, Arizona.
 
The Western Region is currently made up of 19 local associations stretching from the northern most being Kingman and the southernmost being Gadsden on the border of Mexico.  The locals range in size from 1 member to 118 members including wall to wall locals, ESP locals and certified locals.  The geography of the Western Region requires heavy travel and the work will be focused on membership, leadership development, issue and relational organizing, and building the capacity of the local associations.
